Zunaira Shamas Salaam. I need gynea's suggession. I had my second c section on 18th dec 2017. The only issue i face is svere constipition nd gastro. I also used ispagol in warm milk but very less effective. Due to acidity i feel cramps nd there is swelling on abdomen exactly above the stitches Plz help me

Take Cap Esomprazole 40 mg early morning for 15 days
Take high fibre diet, avoid fried and spicy food.
If the constipation doesn't settle, then take syrup Duphalac 3Tablespoons at night for a week.
This is common problem after C/Section. About 20 minutes Walk in morning and evening. Take plenty of oral fluids, salad, fruits,vegetables. Avoid spicy and fried food, Take Honey 2 tablespoonfuls in one glass of warm water before breakfast. Insha Allah you will be fine.
