Talk to Dermatologist on Puss For C/S

Hello, I am 23 years hot married last year jan and gave birth this year on may 2018, before marriage I used to have frequent boils in my armpits and sometimes they were painful and sometimes not but quite big ( one after another but with a time span of 2 to 3 months, but after my delivery (normal) I had boils around my vaginal area , extremely painful and swollen , had 3 one after another back to back so painful that I was having difficulty while sitting and walking. When I had the 3rd one it was extremely big that Doctor had to cut it and puss came out of it , doc took some blood samples from that area (there was puss in blood too) and had a test, attaching the pictures of reports. I want to know why is it happening what can I do to prevent it and this is happening for couple of years now. P.S: I am extremely hygienic and take good care of my sensitive private parts.
