Dear sir about one year ago I suffered from Typhied disease after that I completed the medical course for Typhied and did completely bed rest for two months even much care about my diet and water. but I am still feeling tired every time and I have not energy in my body as it was before disease. I consulted different doctors but they said I have not any disease. I can't walk a long, during walk some time I feel that I will fell down. I have not balanced in my body. It feels moving the body. Some time after travel by vehicle it feels move the body. Please guide to me about my tention.

How old are you?
Have you checked your BP, Temperature, sugar and pulse?
1. Do you have weakness in your legs only or whole body ?
2. Did weakness started from leg and is progressing to upper body ?
3. How is your sleep and appetite?
4. Do you think you have lost interest in daily life activities?
5. Do you think your mood is down/low/ depressed.
6. Do you feel pain when you touch your arms shoulders or legs?
7. Do you have any family relation having any specific or non specific disease?
8. Can you run?
9. Can you lift heavy objects?
10 What medicines you took during sickness of typhoid.
11. Do you smoke, drink or take any medicine regularly?
12. What jo you do?
13. Are you married and how are your family relations?
14. In past did you ever were operated or got admitted in hospital?
15. Did similar problem ever happened in past?
