Hi all I am victim of the Earthquake 2005 as well as 2016. Thanks to Allah i am safe and sound but i have issue while sleeping. i can not sleep, during sleep i feel earthquake is happening and that happens with me daily :(
hi, r u feeling the shakes of earth or flashbacks of the event? can u focus ? do u hav low mood or anxiety ? can u recall the earthquake ? if u hav atleast 2-3 of above positive findings then u r suffering from PTSD nd you must visit psychiatrist.

Hi
I m a female i have a issue but unable to sort out i recently even get merried husband is aborad and i have issue that on little things i start crying and start thinking of sucide I start thinking negtive and after while i start feeling ashmed and gulity what i did it's start continuing now and effecting my merriage life. On every little thing i reacting like this i m missing my husband and he missing me but untill my visa came i had to wait but this attitude of mine is killing our relationship plz tell me what should i do.
Is i have a mental disorder?

yes! u r probably suffering from ADJUSTMENT DISORDER or DEPRESSIVE DISORDER, before diagnosis of depression i need to know more:
is ur mood depressed?
r u low in sprit?
decreased routin intrests?
low energy level/routine activities?
distrubed sleep/& appetit?
if any of tow or more from above r present most of time for last 2 weeks or more than u r sufring from depressive disorder, & should consult to Psychiatrist ASAP!
