PCOS can cause acne but u still have to take oral n topical medication for acne too. For treatment proper history n examination is reqd. U shld visit a dermatologist near u. And must take all ur investigations with u.

Your statement is confusing. You wrote you have PCOs, you have regular periods and you are on tab glucophage. There is something wrong. Please do not self medicate. Please consult a qualified and experienced Dermatologist.

My advise to you. Please have following test done at the time of ovulution ie 14 days "before" your periods start from AKUH lab near you.
Serum Testosterone

Please have the following blood tests done at the time of ovulution ie 13 or 14 or 15 days "before" the start of your periods. Since your period are regular as you say then calculation is easy for you.

1. Sr Testosterone levels
2. DHEA-S
2. U/S pelvis for PCOs.

Please make sure that your blood test is done from AKUH lab
