Talk to Gastroenterologist on Pain In Abdomen

I have pain in left side of abdomen under ribs.my stomach is also upset some time pain feel in middle or in the belly I have difficulty in passing stool. or some time strange voices are frome belly.I have also promblem of burping.the pain in left side is felt like some thing is pinching .I have gas issue too.plz tell me the reson of this pain in left side .thank u
