Sister, H. Pylori positive OR stomach issues recovery is very slow

I had H.Pylori positive 6 months before, had antibiotic for H.Pylori ... but still having stomach issue (buring, pain, discomfort) ; my research is healing of stomach issues is slow. please be patience and consult good gastroentrologist, plus food and life style changes are very important.

amoxicillin, and clarithromycin

Please discuss with your doctor, there are lots of antibiotics, normally they will give high potency antibiotics to kill h-pylori as it's a strong bacteria.

My research is , it's all about luck , few peaple are normal within a month and i know one of family friend who got normal after 4 years of continuous using lansoprazol (PPI medicines to reduce/block stomach acid).

Again, life style, food habits counts alot, use bland meals for him. request him to do little exercise and try to reduce stress as much as he can.

I am suffering same thing so i know how it's feels, it's very stressful. i am working abroad, just because of this gastritis i am seriously thinking to leave everything and rest for a year or two.

Its troublesome to treat H Pylori sometimes.
and the patients have to use long term follow up medicine especially
constituting Omeprazole along with life style modification
preferably you should fix an appointment if easy

Aoa doctor my husband is suffering from bacterial infection 5 months ago in abroad but in endoscopy it shows a wound (ulcer) in last part of large intestine. He is very weak now we consult many specialists but no benifit... He is fed up from medicine now.. It's very painful for us kindly guide..
