Talk to Neuro Physician on Memory Lose

Sir my mother has an issue of memory loss, i mean she asks one question manay times even when we answered, but she never know that answer and ask again.. Meanwhile she never know if we ask something like if we ask what is cooking today, she suddenly thought and have no answer that what today is cooking. She said let me check.. She is debities patient as well.. I want to ask is that your case to handel or consalt else. And want to ask what is going on with my mother' is this any brain problem?? Plz answer thank you
