Talk to Neuro Physician on Psychology And Depression

I want to discus my mother problem . she is 60 years old and always taking sleep tablet since 2010 and she is thinking that any one come and kill my family and always feel fear depression. some doctor suggest for MRI and have done MRI from Reputable hospital. I have attached MRI report.
