Talk to Neuro Physician on Brain Atrophy (dementia)

My has brain atrophy and he cannot speak normally and forget words when talking. Even if he need something for example mobile phone, he cannot tell this. Please anyone can help me tell me about a good doctor in Nowshera or Peshawar.
