hi Dr,
I'm facing pain fits in head that supposed to be appear in any duration of day at any time even when I'm busy in some work or just staying free, pain fits appear in any part of head and last for 30sec - 1min and are very terrible and bound me for the specific time to continue my work or move. Through past few days I've started facing high blood pressure and nose bleeds heavily (rare) I've gone under CT scan almost 1 year back, Dr told me that I'm having Calcification but it's not to be worried and treated me with Anti-depressants which doesn't let me do my work at office hours. few Dr recommend me heart medicines and say you need a lot of rest. I'm also patient of PCOS. I'm very depressed due to this pain, consulted many Drs but not getting to the real problem and not getting exact treatment and feeling healthy. What you've to suggest?

As I'm suffering it since long ago, I would like to consult multiple Drs and then would go for prescribed medicine.

Well u presented ur issue nicely .
The type of headache u r having must not be taken lightly and I am not in favour of only to give analgesics, pain killers and leaving the diagnosis aside .
You NeEd to control your blood pressure first .
Secondly u might have brain aneurysm causing similar pain attacks and worse with shooting of ur blood pressure.
I will advise you to see an experienced doc near by you and get properly investigated .......

Dr Khan, which Dr you would recommend me for this issue?
I've consulted Dr. Khalid Mehmood (LGH, Surgimed) but didn't find any betterment.
Also got panic attack few days back, nervousness, high rate of heart beat, low bp, shortening of breath, cold hand and feet were the symptoms I went through.
Someone asked me to visit Fountain house and get consultation from there, you must likely get offend on small things even, you found negativity in everything and Yes! I do often behave like that.
I pass few days normally and get hyper active after every few days, I shout and fight a lot with everyone and later regret on it.
