When the causes of infertility exist and diagnose within the female partner, it is referred to as female infertility. Pakistan is the sixth most populous country in the world. Despite being the most populated country, infertility has become a rising issue in Pakistani women. In some cases fertility causes can exist in male too but somehow, fertility issues are seen as women’s problem. Ageing And Late Marriages:

We can’t deny the fact that late marriages are one of the major issues for Pakistani women. However, a woman’s age is the most important factor that influences her fertility. Women are born with a fixed number of eggs and those eggs go along with them in the process of aging. A woman’s fertility starts declining in her early 30s and when she reached at the age of 35 her fertility rate dropped by approximately 40%. In Pakistan, a woman who gets married at the age of 30 or above is at high risk of becoming infertile.

    Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS):

PCOS is most common among young girls these days. Three out of every five girls in Pakistan are suffering from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. It is a hormone imbalance which results in disrupted menstrual and ovulation cycles. In this syndrome anovulation occurs (which means no eggs released) and due to this it is becoming the most common cause of infertility among Pakistani women. While not all women have the polycystic ovarian syndrome, many women have the polycystic ovaries too.

Irregular periods, excess weight (particularly in abdomen area), excess facial and body hair, acne, and male pattern baldness are some of the symptoms that women with PCOS show. It is estimated that about 30% of infertile women suffer from polycystic ovarian syndrome. If your body shows any of these signs then consult with the best gynecologist in Islamabad through Marham.pk.

    Weight:

You may have no idea but the woman’s weight is an important consideration in her fertility. Being overweight or obese can interfere with normal menstrual cycles and ovulation. It’s not only about being overweight, in fact, women who are underweight or have a low percentage of body fat can also experience irregular menstrual cycles and ovulation issues. As we all know among Pakistani women obesity rate is increasing day by day. And this obesity and weight issue is leading Pakistani women at higher risk of miscarriage and other pregnancy complications.
